When
will my order be shipped?
Our current turn around time (TAT) is 3 - 4 weeks.
How
do you ship?
Our
default shipping company is Canada Post, however orders may be shipped via UPS
upon request.
Where
do you ship?
We
ship anywhere in the world. For orders outside of Canada, we will determine your
shipping costs and finalize your order via E-Mail.
What
is your return policy?
Due
to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If a product has been
damaged during delivery a claim must be made within 5 business days of receipt
of your order. Please
e-mail to make a damage claim. Products high in
butter are not guaranteed in hot climates.
Order
cancellations
If
you would like to cancel an order, do so immediately. If you wait your order
might already be shipped. Orders that have already been boxed, may receive a 20%
restocking fee. Please
e-mail
us to make a cancellation.
